Site plans for Epstein's private Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Additionally included in this latest document release seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.
Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had created development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by erecting homes, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a pool.
Marked on the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a legend detailing distinct areas of the property.
In addition to this are what seem to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, including layouts for boat shelters.
